Returns & Exchanges

• Manufacturer defects only · we replace products that have a confirmed manufacturer defect. Change of mind, user error, and personal preference are not grounds for exchange.
• 10-day window · replacement requests must be made within 10 days of delivery. Requests after 10 days will not be accepted, no exceptions.
• Business discretion · we reserve the right to deny any replacement request. Approval is not guaranteed even within the 10-day window.
• No generic returns · we do not accept product returns for any reason other than a confirmed manufacturer defect.
• No cash refunds · under no circumstances do we issue cash refunds. Approved resolutions are replacements only.
• Inspect at delivery · inspect all items, especially glass, at the point of delivery or pickup before accepting. Damage discovered after acceptance cannot be claimed.

To request a replacement, call or text (480) 269-0530 within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the defect.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to fulfill your order and comply with Arizona tobacco and nicotine regulations.

What we collect

• Name · to address your order and confirm identity at handoff.
• Date of birth · to verify you are 21 or older as required by Arizona law.
• Phone number and email address · for order confirmation, delivery coordination, and support.
• Government-issued ID photo · collected at delivery or pickup for age verification on tobacco and nicotine products. This image is used solely for compliance purposes.

How we store and use it

All data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. We do not share your personal information except as required to comply with Arizona state regulations (including TPT reporting) or as required by lawful court or government order.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by calling or texting (480) 269-0530 and stating "Data Deletion Request." We will confirm and process your request within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Terms of Sale

• Service area · Outlaw Smoke & Vape serves the Phoenix valley. Delivery is limited to the local zone (Black Canyon City north, Chandler south, Apache Junction east, Goodyear west). Non-nicotine items may ship elsewhere; nicotine and tobacco products are local delivery or in-store pickup only.
• Age requirement · You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tobacco, nicotine, vapor, or related products. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the point of handoff, no exceptions.
• Order confirmation · Orders are confirmed by call or text. Your order is not final until we confirm it with you. We reserve the right to cancel orders we cannot fulfill.
• Payment · Payment is due at the time of ordering. Standard orders pay via CashApp; invoiced orders may pay by any method listed on the Square invoice (CashApp, Zelle, card, cash on delivery). We do not accept cash-only walk-up payments. Your order is fulfilled after payment is received and verified.
• No cash · We do not accept cash payments for any order, at delivery or otherwise. All transactions must be completed digitally via CashApp before fulfillment.
• JIT fulfillment · Orders are fulfilled on a just-in-time basis. Your payment enables us to acquire your product from our wholesale supplier and deliver it to you. This is why payment is required upfront.
• Price estimates · Prices displayed on this site are retail estimates updated daily from our suppliers and may change before your order is finalized. The confirmed price will be communicated to you at or before handoff.
• Governing law · These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Compliance

• FDA nicotine warning · Products containing nicotine are only for adults 21+. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Vaping and tobacco products have not been evaluated by the FDA as cessation products.
• Arizona age requirement · Arizona law prohibits the sale of tobacco, nicotine, and vapor products to anyone under 21 years of age. We comply fully with ARS · 36-798.06 and all applicable state tobacco regulations.
• Delivery zone · Nicotine and tobacco deliveries are restricted to our local Phoenix valley zone. Deliveries requiring interstate transport of nicotine or tobacco products are not permitted and will be declined.
• Arizona TPT license · Outlaw Smoke & Vape (SeVIIen LLC) operates under an Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax license. License number: 21617787.
